Fingerprint lock is working. Nice product but only one suggestion side black border hides some display . please clear/ remove black border

Not working on s 24 ultra. The package was delivered after 18 days of wait. Over and above that the finger prints are not working in s24 ultra with the screen guard on. Overall seems to a Bogus product . The customer care support is even worst. Actual rating would be worst instead of poor

I ordered one product from your company, but I received a completely different product. I immediately contacted you and requested a replacement, but I have not received any proper response yet. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If you cannot provide the correct product or resolve my issue, I will have to consider this a fraudulent and misleading service. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We’re sorry for the confusion and the delay in clarifying this. We’ve replied to you on WhatsApp and shared a reference link for verification. The glass you received is compatible with the Pixel 10a you ordered; the same glass is also used for the Pixel 9a and 11a. Depending on the manufacturing batch, the protective film may not list every compatible model. You can use the glass for your Pixel 10a. If you have any trouble with the fit, please reply on WhatsApp and we’ll help you.

Bad items. Firstly these screenguard are useless as they won't let finger print identification even though they have mentioned that finger print reader would work. Secondly they sent wrong sizes. They said there is no question asked refund or return but in reality they gave not solved my isdues. Getting in touch with robotic customer service is also pathetic also they replied that they sent replacement. Now even the replacement screenguard does not read the fingerprint. That's the real issue. Please do not misrepresent while selling. Also no refund was given inspite of issues with the fingerprint recognition through this screenguard.
