1. Order Cancellation Window
Customers can request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, you can:

Please share your Order ID for faster processing.
3. Prepaid Orders
- If cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction of COD option for future orders
5. Partial COD Orders (Important)
For orders placed using Partial COD (advance payment):
- The advance amount is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch
- If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery (doorstep cancellation), it will be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin)
👉 In such cases:
- The advance payment will be forfeited
- Shipping and handling costs are non-recoverable
6. Order Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped:
- Cancellation is not possible
- You may refuse delivery, however:
- It will be treated as RTO
- Frequent RTO behaviour may lead to account restrictions or COD blocking
7. TechLays Rights
TechLays reserves the right to:
- Cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity
- Restrict or block users with high cancellation or RTO history
