Very disappointed with this privacy screen guard. The quality is not good at all. After applying it, the screen clarity became noticeably worse, and even the text looks blurry and less sharp.
Since it's more like a sticker-type screen guard, it doesn't apply properly. Even after careful installation, there are many air bubbles that don't disappear, making the display look poor.
Overall, the privacy effect comes at the cost of display quality, and the installation experience is frustrating. I would not recommend this product if you want good screen clarity and an easy, bubble-free application.
I purchased this Anti-Spy Privacy Glass for my OnePlus 13R expecting it to work with the device as it was listed for this model.
After installation, the in-display fingerprint sensor became completely unusable. More importantly, fingerprint registration itself failed, making it impossible to add or use fingerprints on the device.
I followed the suggested troubleshooting steps, including re-registering fingerprints, but the issue remained unresolved.
When I contacted support, I was informed that there was a separate fingerprint-compatible version available for OnePlus 13R. Based on their recommendation, I purchased the fingerprint-compatible version at additional cost. Unfortunately, even the recommended fingerprint-compatible glass failed to allow fingerprint registration on my device.
What disappointed me further was the customer service experience. Despite purchasing the second product based on TechLays' recommendation and reporting that the same issue persisted, my request for a refund was declined. I also offered to return both tempered glasses for inspection, but no technical verification was carried out.
In my opinion, the distinction between the standard privacy glass and the fingerprint-compatible version should be made much more prominent so that customers can make an informed purchase decision.
Overall, both the product experience and the subsequent customer support experience were disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product for OnePlus 13R users who rely on the in-display fingerprint sensor.
