Very disappointing experience with TECHLAYS. I ordered a screen guard for my phone, but I returned the product. After returning it, I neither received the product again nor got any refund or proper update from them. There was no clear communication or follow-up regarding my order. I expected much better service. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their customer support and return/refund process.

I ordered the Magic Glass Box for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, but unfortunately, a wrong size (iPhone 16 Pro) was shipped instead. While the initial mix-up and a slight delay in their promised Monday callback caused some frustration, the way the Techlays team handled the issue afterward completely turned my experience around.
Once we connected, their customer support team was polite, owned the mistake, and immediately initiated a hassle-free return pickup. The pickup has already been completed seamlessly. Mistakes happen in logistics, but a company's willingness to fix them is what truly matters. I'm ok with their course-correction and support. Looks good as of now!
