I am writing regarding my recent order, #4568, placed on June 6, 2026, and delivered yesterday, June 12, 2026.
I ordered the Magic Glass Box for the iPhone 16 Pro Max (6.9-inch). However, upon opening the package, I found that you have sent me the screen guard for the iPhone 16 Pro (6.3-inch) instead. When paying ₹500 for a premium accessory, full accuracy is expected during the packaging and courier process. Shipping the wrong size for a completely different phone model shows a clear lack of attention to detail.
Because of this error, the glass is completely incompatible with my phone's screen size.
I have attached the unboxing video along with clear photos showing the received screen guard placed against my iPhone 16 Pro Max to demonstrate that it does not fit.
Since this is an error on your end, I request you to please arrange for a replacement and dispatch the correct iPhone 16 Pro Max screen guard to me as soon as possible. Alternatively, please let me know how you plan to rectify this immediately.

Then no reply from Techlays team, again I sent mail,
Dear Team Techlays,
I am writing to express my strong disappointment. You explicitly stated in your previous email that your team would call me on Monday morning to resolve this issue. It is now Tuesday, and I have still not received any callback or update from your end.
This lack of communication and failure to follow through on your own commitment is highly unprofessional, especially considering the error was entirely on your side. I paid ₹500 for a premium accessory and am currently unable to use my device safely because you shipped the wrong size.
Since you already have the unboxing video and photographic evidence proving the wrong item was sent, there is no need for further delay.
I request you to take one of the following actions immediately today:
1. Arrange an immediate callback to my number below to confirm the resolution.
2. Dispatch the correct iPhone 16 Pro Max (6.9-inch) screen guard right away and share the tracking details with me.

They booked for pickup & I returned the product, collect it and proceed to the Techlays hub. The technician will then inspect the product. Only after this inspection will my product be scheduled for shipping and delivered to me.

worst quality, this product is nothing as mentioned in description and screenshots, there a horizontal line in middle of all item i received, it was broken. Quality is extremely poor, i regret paying this much for this local product. It is not self heal, too many bubbles it wont go no matter what. Main issue is finger print wont work. total waste of money
No edge finishing, worst than the 50/- rupees tempered glass .
